This is from personal experience back in September. Postpartum running is no laughing matter, except when paired with gifs. In that case: HILARIOUS.
My midwife has given me the all-clear to start exercising again, and I’m excited to get back into running. I got this.
I’m ready! I’m pumped! It will be glorious.
But then as soon as I start, I feel like this:
BELLY. SO JIGGLY.
After ten minutes, I’m already hungry. Maybe I didn’t fuel properly.
Am I even going anywhere?
THIS IS THE WORST, YOU GUYS.
Screw it. Next time I’m going to the gym.
